Massage Therapy aims to relax, revive and promote healing within the body.  It can enhance a person’s well-being in just one treatment, although a course of treatments is recommended for ongoing areas of tension or specific concerns.  Kate is qualified in several types of massage including the following:

Sports and remedial massage

Holistic/swedish massage

Deep tissue massage

Pregnancy Massage

Facial rejuvenation

Indian head massage

Seated acupressure massage

Kate holds a BTEC Level 5 Qualification in Sports & Remedial Massage and is a member of the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage enabling her to treat clients from any walk of life with musculoskeletal pain or dysfunction caused by life’s stresses and strains. Sitting at a desk for several hours per day can cause as much pain and dysfunction as injuries received through sport.

Kate’s treatments will be tailored to each individuals particular needs and concerns and may involve any/all of the following:
